Module Positions in Jangite not visible

Hi Vimal,

Yes, top and bottom sections only had positions but middle section loaded from SP Page Builder. So for edit the middle section lets go to "Components -> SP Page Builder -> then click 'Home'".

Thanks for your reply. Primarily I want to show Google Map on standard Joomla "Contact us" at the top using the standard iframe code that Google provides. What module position should I use. I tried using slide & slider but none of them work. They are nowhere to be found in the module positions preview or when I check page source. They DO show up in module positions list. Do those positions exist? If yes, then how do I see where they are. I can't find breadcrumb position also,it doesn't show up..

Hi Vimal,

We checked but 'slide' row position doesn't exit on helix3 layout builder. So you should create new row position in 'Layout' option of helix3 template setting like attached screenshot then try. If you any trouble to making this changes on your site then please send your site details to us for checking it.

I don't see a Layout Manager as shown in your image. It shows up in the Quickstart installation of Jangite but not on the website where I installed the standalone Jangite template. I have attached a screenshot. Do you think something is missing in my installation. I checked, two Helix plugins exist.

We thought you didn't installed 'ps_jangite_template_j3.zip' package properly on your site. So can you remove or uninstall 'ps_jangite' template and reinstall 'ps_jangite_template_j3.zip' package on your site or please send your site login details to us for checking this issue on your site.

There was a warning during install which I had ignored. I uninstalled the template and resinstalled but I keep getting that warning. I tried installing from directory but the warning didn't go away. Its given below:

Shaper Helix3 - Blank template of Helix3 framework

I changed the Temp folder but the error still exists. The file in the error is missing from the directory and the zip. It is not present anywhere in your whole template zip. I found the file in Quickstart install, copied it to the template directory, did Install from directory and it installed without warning or error.

Can you download updated version of template package and try it again?
